Kristin Cole Rames

Kristin Cole Rames leads Digital Asset client engagement within One River's Sales & Strategy team. Kristin has over seven years of experience within institutional asset management, and eight years of experience with digital assets. Prior to ORAM, Kristin worked for Elwood Asset Management. Based in London, Elwood Asset Management combines an institutional heritage in finance with a deep knowledge of blockchain technologies to create solutions for global investors in the digital asset space. Elwood is owned by Alan Howard. Kristin’s responsibilities within Elwood include asset management, revenue generation, client-facing activities and general corporate strategy. Prior to joining Elwood, Kristin worked for Morgan Stanley in New York City and London. Her roles spanned across Prime Brokerage, Equity Capital Markets, and Equity Research Sales. While on the Equity Capital Markets team, she aided in the aggregate asset raise of more than $150 billion for European, US, and Japanese corporations. She maintains a strong network across the US and European hedge fund and institutional investor landscape. Kristin graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, and further degrees in Spanish and PPE (Politics, Philosophy, and Economics). She co-founded and presented in the first-ever Duke Bitcoin Conference. She is originally from Houston, Texas.
